Return & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines when you can return items, how exchanges and refunds work, and what to do if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Change of mind returns (30 days)

Yes — you can return your order.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is in brand new condition, including:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Undamaged

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and inclusions

Items not eligible for return (change of mind):

  • Made-to-order items

  • Special orders

  • Altered or resized items

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email team@whatatime.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover shipping costs where applicable.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label, then arrange either:

  • shipment of the correct item, or

  • a full refund (if the correct item is unavailable or preferred)

How refunds work

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, including:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay

  • Zip

Once approved, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account (timeframes can vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

What we don’t refund

For change of mind returns, we do not refund:

  • Shipping fees, and

  • Payment provider fees (e.g., PayPal/Afterpay/Zip fees), as these fees are not refunded to us by the payment providers.
