How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping Costs $10

  • Express Shipping Costs $15

When will my order arrive?

  • Orders dispatched within 3 business days

  • Standard Post: 3–10 business days

  • Express Post: 2–4 business days

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also track it on the Australia Post website.

Do I need to sign for delivery?
Yes all parcels require a signature for security.

What if I miss my delivery?
Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local Post Office.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes! You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if it’s in brand new condition (unworn, undamaged, with all packaging and tags).
Made-to-order, special orders or altered items are not eligible for return.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please email team@whatatime.com.au within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping costs).

What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. We’ll then send the correct item or issue a refund.

How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip). They usually take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

What don't you Refund?
We do not refund payment providers fees or shipping fees for change of mind returns as these providers will not refund the fees to us.
