Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains our shipping costs, dispatch timeframes, delivery estimates, tracking, and delivery requirements for orders placed through our Shopify store.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Australia.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate per order:

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

Express Shipping: $15 AUD
Any shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing and dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If there is an unexpected delay (for example, due to stock availability), we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes (after dispatch)
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary by location:

Standard Post: 3–10 business days

Express Post: 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track delivery progress via the Australia Post tracking page using that tracking number.
Signature on delivery
For security, all parcels require a signature on delivery.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for:

arranging redelivery, or
-
collecting your parcel from your local Post Office.
Changing your delivery address
If you need to update your shipping address, we can help only if your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible after placing your order.
